Hello, I’m Phill
I work with federal, state, local, and nonprofit organizations to lead UX design strategy, and design. I use human-centered design principles to solve complex problems to meet the needs of target users. I collaborate with stakeholders, account teams, developers, designers, and researchers to ensure product delivery.
Human Centered Approach
I am propelled by my curiosity and fulfilled by parlaying my experience into design. The foundation of everything I have done and continue to do is empathy. We are all taking part in the human experience and my pursuit to explore our shared experiences has led me to become a designer. My experience in designing across platforms has given me a richer and diverse perspective in solving complex human problems.
